Establish on early 1990, AGRIVICSA started their activities with the purpose of diversifying the country's export product variety, by planting 166 has. with mango, principally the Tommy Atkins variety, with external assistance of an international expert in tropical fruits and ISRREX, an Israeili irrigation company for the design and installation of the plantation.

Presently, our plantation boasts with 20,000 plants, 75% Tommy Atkins and 25% Kent variety plants. We expect by 2004 to be able to export 300,000 boxes of 4 Kg each per season.

We are also in association with a treatment and packing plant with an installed capacity of managing 50,000 boxes of 4 Kg per day, with the latest technology attending to the most demanding markets.

"Slice & Scoop" Mango Cutting Method
Stand the mango on your cutting board stem end down and hold. Place your knife about 1/4" from the widest center line and cut down through the mango.
